Terms and Conditions

MINIMUM COMMITMENT

Client understands and agrees that all Hair by Sadie Signature Memberships require a mandatory three (3) month commitment.

Client is financially responsible for all three months, regardless of service usage.

This membership cannot be canceled, paused, transferred, or refunded during the initial 3-month commitment for any reason.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Membership fees are billed monthly for three (3) consecutive months.

• Payments are due on the same date each month.

• All payments are non-refundable.

Failure to submit payment may result in:

• Suspension of services

• Immediate termination of membership without refund

SERVICES & USAGE POLICY

• Membership services are valid only during the active membership month.

• Unused services do not roll over.

• Services are non-transferable and may not be shared.

• Client is responsible for scheduling all appointments.

EXTENSION MEMBERSHIP TERMS

For memberships WITH EXTENSIONS, Client acknowledges and agrees:

• Membership includes one (1) standard extension move-up per month.

• Move-up applies to existing installed extensions only.

• Move-up must fall within standard maintenance guidelines and time limits.

• Excessive matting, neglect, improper home care, or extended service time may result in additional charges.

• Additional move-ups beyond the one included per month are not included.

• New hair, additional wefts, replacement hair, installs, removals, or specialty corrections are NOT included.

• Unused move-ups do not roll over.

Provider reserves the right to refuse service if the condition of extensions poses a risk to the Client’s natural hair.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows count as a used service.

• No replacement services, credits, or refunds will be issued.

HEALTH & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Client agrees to disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, or sensitivities prior to receiving services.

Client understands that hair and extension services involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, allergic reactions, irritation, breakage, or damage.

Provider is not responsible for results or reactions caused by:

• Undisclosed conditions

• Improper aftercare

• Pre-existing hair damage

Client releases Hair by Sadie from liability related to these risks.

AFTER INITIAL 3-MONTH TERM

After completion of the initial 3-month commitment:

• Membership may continue month-to-month at the current rate, OR

• Client may cancel with 30 days written notice
